Nate Mitchell, founder of Off-Duty Entrepreneur joins Lenny in this episode to share his experience as a Law Enforcement Professional, and most importantly how he used his career to transition into Entreprenuership.

With a Facebook Group created early 2024 and grown to eight thousand participants within eight months there is no doubt that becoming your own boss is something that many in Law Enforcement may be considering.

Nate speaks on his transition from Deputy to full time boss of his business, and how hiring first responders exclusively has allowed for his business to boom.

He also shares the mindset that needs to be initiated to begin the transition of becoming a full time entrepreneur.

On the date of 10-4 2024, Nate is hosting the "Off-Duty Entrepreneur" conference in Cleveland, OH.  This will feature a powerhouse of guest speakers, while like minded individuals will be in attendance for networking opportunies. Business ideas, concepts and strategies will be discussed as well.
